General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope and Individualisation

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form the basis for all contracts and assignments with msrusso signature events.
Depending on the type and scope of the event, the GTC may be supplemented or adapted by individual agreements. Such provisions will be expressly stated in the contract and shall take precedence in case of conflict with the GTC.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract between msrusso signature events and the client is concluded upon written confirmation of the offer.

3. Services

The agreed services are defined by the scope set out in the contract or assignment. Changes or additional services will be agreed separately and invoiced accordingly.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50 % is due upon conclusion of the contract, payable within 21 days.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

• For short-term bookings (less than 30 days before the event), the full amount is due immediately.

5. Cancellation

• Deposits already paid as well as hours of work already rendered are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• For cancellation of event day coordination, the following applies:

  • Up to 12 months in advance: The agreed daily fee will not be charged.

  • Up to 6 months in advance: 50 % of the daily fee will be charged.

  • Less than 6 months in advance: The full daily fee will be charged.

6. Transfer of Data

To fulfil the contract, necessary client data will be shared only with directly involved service providers (e.g. caterers, stylists, photographers, venues). Any further disclosure will only take place with explicit consent.

7. Photos and Videos

Photos and videos taken during the event may only be used for reference or marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media) with the client’s written consent. Without such consent, no publication will take place.

8. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for complying with legal requirements, permits and insurance, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

9. Liability

msrusso signature events is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for services provided by third-party vendors.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
