Protection of Personal Data

Protecting your personal data is of great importance to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of Switzerland (Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP). If you contact us from a member state of the European Union, your data will additionally be processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

International clients outside Switzerland and the EU, in particular from the USA, can also rely on their data being processed and protected according to the same high standards.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

Personal data (e.g. name, address, email address, phone number) is collected only if you provide it voluntarily, for example through an inquiry via the contact form or by email. This data is used exclusively to process your request and to fulfill the agreed services.

Photos and videos taken during your event may – with your explicit consent – be used for social media purposes, marketing, or as references. Without your consent, no publication will take place.

Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
